GCF, with the support of Telefonica and DEKRA is holding its first workshop focused on Latin America.
The workshop will start at 9:00am and will provide an excellent opportunity to learn about GCF certification, how it has helped to improve device quality and minimise interoperability issues between devices and networks. It will also cover the latest initiatives from GCF on IoT certification and Remote SIM Provision (eSIM) certification for consumer devices.
There will be an overview of GCF and its working groups with focused presentations on the benefits for:
• Device and IoT manufacturers - reducing time and cost to market for devices
• Network operators – improved quality of service
• Testing industry – GCF laboratories recognition programme
