Request User Status

If you have not logged in the previous 18 months, your user account may have been removed from the database.

To determine whether your user account is still valid, follow the ‘Request User Status’ process by entering your email address.

If you do not receive a confirmation message, then you should create a new user account by ‘requesting access’ at the login page.

If you are unable to create a new user account because the email address is taken, then contact GCF.
