Joining GCF is straightforward.
If you have a version of Adobe Acrobat that allows you to complete and save the form to your PC, please email the completed form to the GCF Office.
If you cannot complete the form on your PC, please print the form, complete it in writing and then scan it. Email either a pdf or jpeg of the scanned form to GCF Office.
Once validated, your application will be presented to the GCF Steering Group for approval.
If your application is submitted to the GCF Secretariat more than 21 days prior to a Steering Group meeting, voting members will be asked to indicate their approval by email. This process takes 14 days.
Applications received within 21 days of a Steering Group meeting are subject to approval at the meeting.

Once approved, the applicant will receive a GCF Declaration of Participation which will need to be signed and returned.
Where applicable, applicants will also receive an invoice for the relevant membership fee.
Full access to the GCF portal will be granted once the signed Declaration of Participation and payment of the annual membership fee have been received.
